Service & Repair Policy

1. For lengthening and shortening services,

• Indicate the desired length of the item purchased.
• Please indicate at the Checkout Page under "Special Instructions for Seller"

2. For change of clasp (toggle or hook-on)

• Indicate your preference.
• Please indicate at the Checkout Page under "Special Instructions for Seller"

Please note that **Hook-on clasp is usually used if you wish your item to be adjustable in length**

This is a free of charge service if it has been indicated upon purchase.

However if service is required only after you have received your product, service will be chargeable.

All repair work will be charged according to the type of service/s required.

We will advise you on the service/s required and the cost of repair (from SGD 10 onwards, does not include mailing/shipping cost).

      Types of services includes:

• re-wire/string
• re-compose layout
• replacement of quartz
• replacement of chain/clasp
• lengthening/shortening

Repair work will take 5-14 business days, dependent on the intensity of work, availability of materials and off/ peak period.
