Paypal is the only available mode of payment.

All orders will be mailed out within 3-5 working days after payment is received.

All orders will be shipped out via registered mail from Singapore Post Office.

A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is mailed out.

FREE REGISTERED MAIL IN SINGAPORE

REGISTERED MAIL FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (SGD10 for orders below SGD100, FREE for orders SGD100 and above). 

We ensure that all products are in good condition before we mail to you.

All products sold are non-refundable.

Products can only be replaced/exchanged if they are defective or damaged.

If an exchange is required, please email a picture of the defective product to 'by.adeg@gmail.com' within the next 7 days upon receiving it.

All shipping/mailing cost for return items is borne by consumer.
